Make up the Makeup!

Ok I’m not really one to support makeup. But this is really good! And strangely therapeutic… even just to watch. This makes you feel like ANYONE can be stunning!

Michelle Phan, she’s the most subscribed female on Youtube. Watch and bedazzled! AND, to up the cool factor by a LOT, she carries an extra ps controller in her purse. Just in case she needs to play a four player game or Call of Duty.

favourite piece in the wardrobe:
Knitwear! (so that’s my slouch beanies + vests + dresses). Okay, I cheated; that’s a category rather than a piece, but light knitwear is so fun to match and dress up and down.

Mix & Match – Mikeller

Favourite colours…Black with white, or gold. It’s really hard for me to pinpoint a favourite colour because I love experimenting with all shades.

Blazers are…an integral part of my wardrobe, even in Singapore. Plus, they are great for a quick chic look!

Individual style: Versatile, with the words, “anything goes” as long as I can carry the outfit off. Because I love to mix and match so much, it is essential for me to make sure each layer is in contrast with another, be it accessories, texture, colours and more. You can be almost sure you will never see me in the same outfit more than once – I enjoy interchanging my tops and bottoms (and accessories) too much!

One apparel item you will always want more of: Shoes, shoes shoes! Like any woman, shoes are the ultimate accessory – you can decide your day’s outfit from your choice of heels.

Seen most often in… Leggings and knee high boots, a flowly top and a wool cardi on a cold day. If not, a blazer and a cute dress and some killer heels.

Individual style: I have quite a diverse range of styles, but nothing beats a great dress, and some fab heels. I think finding the perfect dress (that can be versitile as well), is so important. I defintely can be a girly-girl at times, but I still like to take it up a notch with an edge. Lately my favorite look has to consist of lace, ruffles, florals, and silk.

Favourite piece in wardrobe: My Wilfred crepe boyfriend blazer. Best investment yet.

Style Tip: Always add a little colour to your outfit! and don’t be afraid to stand out (in a good way of course). oh wear clothes that fit your body type!
